In representing players from various leagues in contract negotiations, and as the founder of Horizon, Mitchell Howie brings the same HONOR and INTEGRITY he represented the country with as an officer in the military. Mitchell gained invaluable experience in negotiating, structuring and reviewing multimillion dollar contracts as Chief of Contract Law during his military service.  Armed with this expertise and experience, Mitchell will ensure a contract is structured in a manner which allows for the most guaranteed money for each and every player he represents.  Expert contract negotiations are an essential part of the sports agent services offered by Horizon Sports Associates.
